2016 Band Trip :

 

Wed. Dec. 2nd - Interest meeting to be held at 6pm in the cafeteria.

 

Band 2015 and 2016 Concerts:

 

 

Winter Concerts 2015:

 

December 8th @ 5:30pm - 6th Grade Band, Jazz Band, and Choir - report time will be 4:45pm.  Concert attire: Band shirt, khakis pants, and black shoes.

 

December 15th @ 5:30pm - 7th and 8th grade band - report time will be 4:45pm.  Concert attire: band jacket, t-shirt, khakis pants, and black shoes.

 

Spring 2016:

 

Martch 22nd @ 5:30pm - 6th Grade and 7th Grade bands - report time will be 4:45pm.  Concert attire: same as winter concerts.

 

March 24th @ 5:30pm - 8th Grade, Jazz, and Advanced Band concert.  Report time will be 4:45 and concert attire: same as winter concert.

 

TBA - 8th Grade Concert at the LaVergne High School

 

 

2015/16 Basketball Games:

 

A games will be at LaVergne Middle School.  Students will need to report back to LMS by 5pm in their pep band t-shirts.  Games will begin around 6pm and students will be dismissed at start of the boys halftime (7:45ish).  Students must be picked up by 8pm by the gym.

 

Game 2: Monday, 11/16/15 – call time 4:45pm.  Game will begin at 6pm and end around 7:45pm. 

 

Game 3: Thursday, 12/10/15 - call time 4:45pm.  Game will begin at 6pm and end around 7:45pm. 

 

Game 4: Monday, 1/11/16 - call time 4:45pm.  Game will begin at 6pm and end around 7:45pm. 

 

Game 5: Thursday, 1/14/16 call time 4:45pm.  Game will begin at 6pm and end around 7:45pm. 

 

Parents please arrive by 15 minutes after the scheduled end time.  Students must return stands and equipment to the band room before they leave.  All Students will need to be dropped off and picked up via the teacher parking lot by the cafeteria NOT the front of the school.
